Benefits of CBD

What is CBD oil?

CBD is one of many compounds, known as cannabinoids, in the cannabis plant. Researchers have been looking at the possible therapeutic uses of CBD.

CBD oils are oils that contain concentrations of CBD. The concentrations and the uses of these oils vary.

Is CBD marijuana?

Until recently, the best-known compound in cannabis was delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

This is the most active ingredient in marijuana.

Marijuana contains both THC and CBD, and these compounds have different effects.

THC creates a mind-altering “high” when a person smokes it or uses it in cooking. This is because THC breaks down when we apply heat and introduce it into the body.

CBD is different. Unlike THC, it is not psychoactive. This means that CBD does not change a person’s state of mind when they use it.

However, CBD does appear to produce significant changes in the body, and some research suggests that it has medical benefits.

Where does CBD come from?

The least processed form of the cannabis plant is hemp. Hemp contains most of the CBD that people use medicinally. Hemp and marijuana come from the same plant, Cannabis sativa, but the two are very different.

Over the years, marijuana farmers have selectively bred their plants to contain high levels of THC and other compounds that interested them, often because the compounds produced a smell or had another effect on the plant’s flowers.

However, hemp farmers have rarely modified the plant. These hemp plants are used to create CBD oil.

How CBD works

All cannabinoids, including CBD, produce effects in the body by attaching to certain receptors.

The human body produces certain cannabinoids on its own. It also has two receptors for cannabinoids, called the CB1 receptors and CB2 receptors.

CB1 receptors are present throughout the body, but many are in the brain.

The CB1 receptors in the brain deal with coordination and movement, pain, emotions, and mood, thinking, appetite, and memories, and other functions. THC attaches to these receptors.

CB2 receptors are more common in the immune system. They affect inflammation and pain.

Researchers once believed that CBD attached to these CB2 receptors, but it now appears that CBD does not attach directly to either receptor.

Instead, it seems to direct the body to use more of its own cannabinoids.

CBD is a prevalent compound that can deliver powerful medicinal benefits, and it has seen success in helping to treat many conditions including insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain and more. CBD is a complement to the body’s Endocannabinoid System (or ECS), which contains a network of cannabinoid receptors. The ECS is responsible for regulating systems in the body like mood and natural sleep cycles. Even though CBD Oil has no psychoactive effects, it can help relax the body and mind into a state of calm.

PTSD is commonly associated with mood or behavior changes, and CBD Oil can help provide balance and a sense of stabilization. CBD Oil is also known for its anti-anxiety properties, which can help relax the body and mind and calm anxious thoughts or negative thinking. For PTSD sufferers who also experience difficulty sleeping, CBD Oil can help aid in a deeper, more restful sleep. Unlike traditional medications, CBD Oil is not linked with any harmful side effects or overdoses. As a natural remedy, it does not leave a “groggy” or “lazy” feeling.

When it comes to CBD Oil dosing, there is no black-and-white answer. Depending on many factors including age, physical size and severity of condition, CBD Oil can affect everyone differently. It’s recommended to start with a small dose, 5 to 10 milligrams. This dose can be gradually increased until desired results are achieved. For best results, CBD Oil should be taken daily and consistently. It is most commonly taken one to four times daily for PTSD and anxiety.

Dashuri 1000mg tinctures twice a day (2 dropper fulls under the tongue) are a great start to help manage intense anxiety. Speaking engagements, performances, unsettling circumstances can all be aided with the help of the natural relaxing benefits Dashuri CBD offers.

CBD Oil is full of Cannabinoids, chemicals that bind to certain brain receptors and activate particular physiological effects.

Both in research and in self-reports, CBD Oil has shown to have a number of benefits. Dashuri CBD interfaces with the body’s own, natural endocannabinoid system(ECS). The ECS is available in about each cell in the body and manages a large number of our bodies’ capacities, including Appetite, Memory, Sleep, Mood and perception of pain. Stress recuperation is one of the endocannabinoid system’s primary purposes.

CBD likewise communicates with a neurotransmitter called GABA (gamma-aminobutyric corrosive). GABA transfers messages from one brain cell, or neuron, to another; that message usually is “Back off” or “stop pushing.” GABA advises the body when it’s a great opportunity to shut down, and since a huge number of neurons in the cerebrum react to GABA, the impacts include lessening anxiety, quieting the sensory system, assisting with rest and unwinding the muscles.

There are times when anxiety can be treated without outside intervention. Here are a few of the ways individuals can help to alleviate anxiety on their own.

Stress Management – Stress reduction will limit potential triggers.

Relaxation Techniques – Could include meditation, deep breathing, etc…

Support – Try to communicate with a family member or friend

Exercise – Will help release chemicals that trigger feelings of positivity

Counseling – One of the most common ways to approach anxiety treatment is psychological counseling. This may include techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychotherapy.

Recent findings suggest that the therapeutic effects of CBD, a non-psychoactive compound, could be modified to fit different receptors within the body. This includes treating different illnesses such as atherosclerosis. Chronic inflammation has long been known to play a key role in the development of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. In addition, the immune system, cell growth, sugar metabolism and heart function all also appear to prospectively benefit from CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties.

To best determine if Dashuri CBD oil can help your insomnia, it’s helpful to understand how CBD affects sleep.  CBD for insomnia, or Cannabidiol, is the second most prevalent chemical in the Hemp plant, behind THC, the psychoactive chemical associated with the marijuana “high.” CBD releases chemicals called “Endocannabinoids,” which are also produced naturally in our bodies. The Endocannabinoid system helps to regulate functions in our bodies, including sleep. CBD is a natural complement to this system because our bodies positively respond to endocannabinoids coming from external sources.
